Preventative Maintenance: Enterprise tracks your van mileage and contacts the Primary Driver when services are needed (e.g. oil changes, safety checks). The maintenance staff will arrange for your van to be serviced by a local vendor, with all repair and inspection costs billed to Enterprise.Unscheduled Repairs: In the case of mechanical problems, the Vanpool Operator contacts the maintenance staff who in turn will coordinate with a shop for the repair. If the van needs to go into the shop overnight, a loaner van will be provided in most instances.
